No. BITS supports Northern Nevada businesses with managed IT, cybersecurity, and technology planning. Healthcare remains a specialist area.
How does the monthly fee work?
BITS works with clients on ongoing monthly agreements at a set rate. The service fee is agreed up front and does not change with support request volume. Contact us to discuss the scope for your business.
How are hardware and software billed?
Hardware and software purchases are billed separately at BITS’s actual cost, without a markup. They are not included in the monthly service fee.

Are backups included for every device?
No. Backup coverage is defined in your client agreement. Servers are the usual scope; desktop and workstation backups are not automatically included.
Where do you work?
BITS is based in Reno and serves Reno, Sparks, and Carson City, with on-site and remote support.
